As an oficial realtor (AMI: 1179) we offer a professional promotion of your product (not only in the Internet), reaching a large number of potencial interested persons, many of those we already have in our list of clients. Since we are integrated in a national network, with several offices throughout the country, we have increased possibilities of quickly finding an interested purchaser. In the case of an eventual agreement with an interested person or entity, we will handle all the necessary documentation and burocracy procedures until the final contract (or "escritura"). We can also inform you about the best way to obtain an eventual bank loan or insurance. As an oficial realtor, we charge a commission (percentage) on the selling price of a product (that percentage is considered case by case). In case of a letting, we charge the equivalent to one month of rent. |
